What I'm Making: Stockings

I promise I'm not morphing this into a knitting blog! Things should chill after the holidays. In the meantime I hope you guys don't mind all of the craft-rambling.

Christmas stocking-apolooza project: check!

I think Weetzie and George's are my favorites. I tried to make them very bright and silly to match their personalities.

Here is the link to the pattern again in case anyone wants to give it a go. I used Knit Picks Wool of the Andes in a billion different colors and each one took me a few days to finish. They aren't perfect and there were a few hiccups, but overall I'm really happy with the result. I think they're much more fun than our old boring store bought ones!

  3. They're fantastic! I was looking at some overpriced mass-produced stockings in a shop earlier, and thinking how all stocking should have the personal touch. I'd be thrilled if I had one like this!
