Obligatory Autumn post!
Yesterday we took the dogs for a walk in Tower Grove Park, and oh dear. We quickly learned that we can either take photos in the park or take both dogs for a walk, definitely not both at once! They were so excited and wanted to meet every dog they saw, and of course George was very interested in this whole squirrel business, and then they had lots of fun playing (loudly!) in the leaves. It was hectic, but really cute and funny. Such is the life with two young dogs.
When I saw this tree I just knew I had found my picture-taking spot. Most of the trees in the park are only just starting to turn, but of course this one was in full-on Autumn mode. After the park, we went off in search of pumpkins because I realized I didn't have any yet!

ReplyDeleteMarja: I know I already told you but your doggy is so cute!
Elekon: Thanks so much!! :D
Rosie: Aw thank you so much for that! It's definitely my favorite season-- the weather, the outfits, everything. I wish it lasted longer!
Emily: Isn't that tree ridiculously gorgeous?
Andrea: I got your package yesterday and LOVE it! :D The swao was so fun. I'm so glad you like your bow!
silkymilky: <3!
BarnKitten: So so true.
Kellie W: Thank you!! They are my darlings. The orange is my new favorite bow, I'm thinking of doing one for each season (until I get sick of wearing them, haha).
Helen: Thanks so much! <3 Oh gosh, I wish I knew that ahead of time. It was a nightmare! At least they were funny and cute. And yeah mine were basically just incredibly impatient-- they wanted to go play and meet dogs and didn't understand why I made them stand under that tree so long, haha
Amanda: Aw thank you! I can't believe I ignored that jacket for so long. And yeah I'm used to being in North Carolina where it takes forever for fall to kick in, so it's pretty exciting to be in the midwest where it seems to happen right away.
Ulrika: Yay thank you! <3
I'm going to follow you!

ReplyDeleteGreat photos, your green coat looks so lovely against the fall orange leaves. I am such a fan of this part of the season, before the leaves get all mushy.
